"Manuel’s office is great. I stopped by to get assistance with setting up my DSS and Natalie took care of it and also helped with resetting my password. She was very friendly and patient!! She helped me tremendously. Glad she was able to help with activating my DSS in order not to lose my discount!!! Definitely recommend this insurance office. Well done"

"My Car had stopped suddenly on a very busy intersection. So I called roadside assistant. They weren't able to get to me fast enough so the local police had to tow my car to the nearest auto shop. Long story short I had to pay for the tow. I was worried about calling and getting the tow reimbursed, my past experience with getting a company to reimburse you hasn't always been good. So I called the Office and Natalie took care of everything. Natalie made the experience simple and straightforward. I submitted the necessary invoices through a Pic on the phone and the process was done. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and ease of the reimbursement process. I was particularly impressed with Natalie the customer service she provided was expectional. She was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Overall I am extremely satisfied."
